Their dream farmhouse needed to accommodate client meetings while also managing the constant mess from working the land. They needed a practical, two-story layout with a smart entry that could handle mud, dirt, and dust.

How We Helped

We built a custom exterior wash and storage zone right off the utility room. This allowed the farming side of life to enter the home without bringing the fields with it. The rest of the design balanced professionalism and practicality, giving both Katie and her husband space to thrive.
